The beautiful French region of Champagne is known for its lush vineyards and ancestral wine traditions. For generations these vineyards have been the only source of one of the most sought-after wines in the world: Champagne. These are the same farms where the total of Biombalance™ raw material originates. Groupe Berkem controls the uninterrupted supply chain, starting in the vineyards where the grapes are sustainably harvested. After the precious juice is extracted and the seeds are collected, the seeds are meticulously sorted and cleaned to ensure purity. They then move through a gentle drying process to preserve their valuable properties before moving to the extraction clean rooms where the complex proprietary phenolic extractions are achieved for the targeted health benefits.
